Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
Gradually blend in sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
Whisk in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a prepared springform pan or individual serving cups.
Chill for at least 6-8 hours, or until firm.
Garnish with fresh berries just before serving.

Notes

For a crust option: Press 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons melted butter into the bottom of the pan. Omit crust for a lighter texture.
Chill in refrigerator up to 24 hours in advance to enhance flavor.
Swap berries for other fresh fruits or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
